Will you tell anyone that I am working with you?

Any information about you will only be disclosed when we have your consent to do so, or if we are legally obliged to provide information (eg: subpoena). However in some situations we are able to share information when we are concerned about your safety or wellbeing or that of other person. We will attempt to gain your consent but sometimes that is not possible, practical or necessary. 

Does it cost money?

What age do I have to be to get help?

Do I need to come into your office to see you?

What happens if I call QYFSS and ask for help?

Who would I see if I come into QYFSS for help?

Can I bring someone with me?

What happens to the information that QYFSS has about me?

If I do not feel safe at home, can you help me?
